We are a community based nonprofit organization committed to strengthening the Haitian American and Haitian Nationals community in the Tampa Bay area. Rooted in cultural pride and driven by purpose, our organization was founded to address educational, workforce, and resource gaps that limit opportunity for Haitian American and Haitian Nationals individuals and families.

We believe that when people are equipped with knowledge, skills, and support, they are positioned not only to succeed individually, but to uplift entire communities.
